Bay View is a single-storey property and consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, a dining space for four and a sitting area with a Smart TV and sofa bed. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite cloakroom and a twin, serviced by a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed wraparound decking with furniture and off-road parking for one car. Within 2 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.2 miles, a pub, and within 2.2 miles, a beach, and please note this is a smoke-free and pet-free property.
