The living areas in this first-floor, duplex apartment include a kitchen/living room with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, and TV, and a dining room with a table for four guests. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor king-size and a second-floor twin, along with a first-floor bathroom. Outside, there is permit parking on the roadside for one car. Within 0.3 miles, there is a shop, and within 0.1, a pub and beach. Please note that pets and smoking are not allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Wave and Sea welcomes a family of four to explore East Yorkshire's incredible coast. Please note: There is a flight of stairs up to the living room and bathroom, and then a second flight of stairs up to the bedrooms.
