West View consists of a kitchen/diner with Smart TV, double range electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, with dining seating for four people, sitting room with Smart TV and electric fire, and utility with washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size which can make a twin, with Smart TV and a king-size with Smart TV and en-suite shower room, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed, rear garden with lawn, decking, and furniture, along with designated, off-road parking for two cars with EV charging available at supplementary charge to be agreed with the owner. Travel cot and highchair available. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all inc. in rent. West View is a pleasant base for a Devon getaway.
