Llammihangel is a quiet spot in the Vale of Glamorgan where little has changed since the 16th century and the nearby 13th century church is still lit by lamps. Cowbridge (3 miles) is a charming market town teeming with independent shops restaurants and bars a place to see and be seen. Visit the shoreline at Llantwit Major (4.5 miles) a rugged and rocky beach with lovely cliff walks also popular with surfers. Located less than twelve miles away from the cottage Barry Island is a favourite day trip for holidaymakers and locals alike offering a fun seafront pleasure park with a good range of both thrilling and family friendly rides. The Welsh capital Cardiff is a vibrant city with a fantastic choice of shops bars museums and arts venues as well as a host of attractions including Cardiff Castle Bute Park and even a tour of Dr Who locations. On entering this lovingly restored property you will instantly see and feel the high quality of finish within. To your right of you is a well-equipped kitchen with a vibrant two-oven AGA microwave Nespresso machine and dishwasher and parallel to this room is a utility area including a washing machine and fridge/freezer.
