We’ll also stop at newer spots showcasing artisanal Greek products, goat’s milk yogurt with wild thyme honey and inventive takes on traditional meze. Along the way, we’ll explore the weekly open-air market, tasting seasonal produce and learning how it shapes Greek cooking. We’ll also visit former industrial landmarks transformed into cultural spaces and pass working ceramics workshops that connect modern Keramikos to its ancient pottery-making past.
