The Studio

The Studio is a single-storey property featuring a double bedroom and a bathroom with a bath, shower over the bath, basin, and WC. It includes a kitchen equipped with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, and washing machine. The living/dining room has a woodburning stove, a TV, and a selection of books. Electric central heating is provided. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels, and a starter pack for the stove are included in the rent. There is off-road parking for one car. Outside, you'll find a non-enclosed garden with decking, a lawn, table and chairs, a picnic bench, and an apple tree. One well-behaved pet is welcome. No smoking. The nearest shop is 2.8 miles away, the pub is 2 miles, and the beach is just 0.1 mile away. Have a romantic getaway at The Studio. Please note: there are steps leading up to the property, and the garden is not enclosed, so pets must be supervised. Guests are welcome to pick apples when in season.
