This property is located in the eastern region of the Lake District National Park between the shores of Lake Windermere and the historic town of Kendal. Kendal makes a great destination for a day trip with several shopping arcades and some stunning architecture as well as two castles and two museums. Heading in the opposite direction visitors will come to the eastern shore of Lake Windermere and the lakeside town of Bowness which is a great place to sign up for a range of watersports or join one of the leisure craft which run up and down the lake. For those who want to enjoy the area around the lake from dryland why not head for Fell Foot an expansive lakeside park offering lakeside walks plenty of space for picnics and a children s adventure playground.
