It offers a family bathroom, a cloakroom, and an open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining space, and sitting area, plus a utility room. Amenities include oil central heating, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and two Smart TVs with WiFi. Outside, the enclosed rear garden has a lawn, patio, and furniture, with private driveway parking for two cars. One well-behaved dog is welcome. You can find a shop pub and beach within 0.3 miles.
