The bustling market town of Keswick (5 miles) can be reached by road or by a cruise across Derwentwater and is home to plenty of pubs and restaurants as well as attractions including the Puzzling Place Derwent Pencil Museum and the Theatre by the Lake. Stepping into this delightful property the entrance hall has useful space for you to leave coats and muddy boots before heading into the spacious lounge/diner. Featuring plenty of period furniture comfortable seating and an electric fire set in a stone fireplace the lounge is an ideal space to relax in at the end of a great day out. This room also has a TV and DVD an extensive library of the owner s books and a charming writing desk beneath the picture window which looks out towards Grange Fell.
