The 3-day trip from Marrakech to the Sahara desert offers a camel ride and an overnight stay in the middle of the Sahara desert. The journey starts in Marrakech towards the southeast. We cross the high Atlas Mountains which offers beautiful views over the mountains. After the Tizi n'Tichka pass, we leave the main road and take a side road to the village of Telouet where we will visit an old kasbah. Later, we will continue our journey to the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, which has been a UNESCO site since 1985 and is also used as a shooting location for many famous movies. Here your guide will accompany you to visit the nearby Berber village. After lunch, we head to Ouarzazate to visit one of the cinema studios where you can see some sets used for popular movies like Kundun. On the second day, we travel to the Erg Chebbi desert to experience a camel ride before sunset and spend an amazing overnight stay in an elegant desert camp. In the desert, you can sleep under millions of bright stars.
