This self catering holiday cottage in Aldeburgh is first entered through the French doors into the kitchen and dining room. This is a large space with terracotta floor and hand-built units painted in pastel blue. This room is a great space to enjoy preparing your meals and dine socially at the table or out on the patio. The living room has plenty of space to relax and stay cosy in front of the wood-burning stove. The bedrooms upstairs are light and bright with large windows. Outside is a patio garden with pretty flowerbeds and furniture to drink and dine in the evening sun. Living Room The front door leads into the cosy living room. This room has a wooden floor, a two-seater sofa and armchair, coffee table and wood-burning stove. This is a great room to relax and enjoy a good book or watch the television. Kitchen/Dining Area The living room leads through to a large kitchen/diner with painted cupboards, terracotta tiled floor and a Belfast sink. The appliances include a large range cooker, stainless steel fridge freezer and a dishwasher. In the middle of the room is an oak dining table and chairs. The room has patio doors out onto the back garden. Stairs lead from the kitchen to a landing with doors to the following rooms: Master Bedroom This large bedroom has a king-size bed and built-in wardrobe for storage. This room enjoys views across towards Orford. Bedroom Two This is a charming double bedroom that looks out onto the back garden. There is a chest of drawers for storage. Bedroom Three This is a cosy single bedroom with nautically themed decoration, a large window overlooks the back garden. Bathroom Here you'll find a bath with a shower over, a W.C. and hand basin. Outside There are fenced patio gardens to the front and rear of the house which capture the sun at different times of the day, plus a table and chairs for outdoor dining and a shed to store outdoor things away. A gate at the rear of the property leads to a short flight of steps to an off-road parking space - a rare find in Aldeburgh!
