3 Grange Villas consists of an open-plan living space with dining seating for six, breakfast bar seating four, Smart TV, DVD player, selection of books and games, electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine (pods not supplied), and a utility with a washing machine, basin and WC. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor king-size with an en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin, WC, a king-size, a twin and a child's bunk, serviced by a bathroom with a freestanding bath, walk-in shower, basin, and WC. There is also a snug with a Smart TV. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture, trampoline, and off-road parking for three cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
