Buxton is surrounded by the beautiful Derbyshire countryside and lies less than a mile from the Peak National Park. The more adventurous can enjoy cycling rock climbing and gliding. Visit Chatsworth and Haddon Hall and the National Trust s Hardwick Hall all of which have starred in the BBC period dramas and historical films.
