Rockhill Farm Hay Barn consists of an open-plan living space with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with icebox, washer/dryer, dishwasher, dining seating for four people, and sitting area with Smart TV, books, and games. The bedrooms are king-size and double, serviced by a shower room. Outside, there is a wrap-around lawn, rear enclosed patio with dog shower, furniture, and barbecue, front terrace with furniture, and designated parking for two cars with additional parking available and EV Charging for one car at an additional cost. One well-behaved dog welcome (sorry, no other pets). Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop and pub in 1.3 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels inc. in rent.
