Waterview House consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with an electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher, a dining area, and a sitting area with a woodburning stove, along with a king size and a double bedroom, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC, and a ground-floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with a patio, lawned area, and furniture, along with off-road parking for 2 cars. Within 0.4 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.3 miles, a pub, while the lake is 1 mile away. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the price.
