The living areas in this single-storey property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four guests and a sitting area with TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, along with a shower room. Outside there is a front lawn with furniture, as well as off-road parking for one medium sized car. Within 0.3 miles you will find a shop, within 0.1 miles a pub and within 0.2 miles, a beach and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 11 The Dell is a splendid escape for a getaway in East Anglia. Please note, the WiFi is intermittent and the garden is not enclosed. Please note that dogs are not to be left unattended in the property.
