Flat 3, a first-floor apartment, consists of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dining seating for four people, a sitting room with a Smart TV and woodburning stove, and a study. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin, serviced by a bathroom. Outside, there is first-come, first-served communal parking. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Sorry, no smoking.
