Raven Lane Retreat consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, a dining area, and a sitting area with electric woodburning stove, along with a lower-floor dining room, lower-floor snug, and utility with washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a second-floor twin, along with a bathroom with freestanding bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden patio with furniture and roadside parking permit for one car. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop and pub, and within 0.4 miles, a lake, and please note that this is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed.
