Audrey consists of an open-plan kitchen/living/diner with electric oven, portable hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, hair dryer dining seating for four people, and sitting area with Smart TV. There is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed outdoor terrace with gravelled area and furniture, along with designated, off-road parking for one car. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You’ll find a shop in 1.7 miles, pub in 1.8 miles, lake in 0.7 miles, and a river in 1.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all inc. in rent. Audrey is a functional base for a seaside, Cornwall getaway. Note: Sorry, property does not accept children.
