LaPasta Fresca Siciliana: from Flour to Tasting Pasta is the undisputed queen of Italian cuisine: what better way to bring with you an authentic memory of Italy than by learning to prepare it with your own hands? In our cooking workshop, the chef will guide you step by step in the preparation of fresh pasta, from raw material to cooking and dressing. During the first part you will learn how to prepare two traditional doughs: the classic egg pasta and the typical Sicilian semolina dough. With your own hands you will make tagliatelle, stuffed pasta and butterflies. In the second part you will discover how to prepare some of the tastiest seasonings of the tradition: Ragù, Pasta alla Norma and Sicilian Pesto. After preparing your pasta, the chef will complete the cooking and you can sit at the table to taste what you have made, accompanied by excellent Sicilian wine. An experience of about 2 - 3 hours, fun, authentic and deliciously Italian!
