Baywatch (St. David's View), a first-floor, two-storey apartment, consists of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, and toaster. The second floor hosts a sitting room with a TV and a snug. The bedroom is a king-size with an en-suite bathroom featuring a bath, walk-in shower, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a balcony with furniture and designated off-road parking for one car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Within the apartment itself, there are steps up to the living area and a stairway down to the kitchen. There are also uneven floors in places. Access to the front balcony requires an element of dexterity, but the roof terrace is easily accessible.
