Up a few steps to the main living area where comfortable sofas are the perfect place to relax after a long day to watch a movie or to read a book in front of the wood burner. There is a lovely recessed window area with a sofa bed with uninterrupted views straight up to the Beacons. There is a downstairs shower room and an area for leaving coats and boots. Also there are three bedrooms on the ground floor two doubles sharing one Jack & Jill shower room and a twin with en-suite shower room. Upstairs there is a further very spacious bathroom with a bath. Up a flight of steps is a large oak beamed open-plan room. the fourth bedroom on the mezzanine level (overlooking the living space) has six single pine beds and can be used as a bedroom or a further sitting area. The accommodation is fuelled by a Bio-mass boiler so you can be assured of a carbon neutral stay. Outside there is a sunny sitting area with wooden table and benches and a stone-built BBQ.
