Joe’s Barn consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, slimline dishwasher, coffee machine, washer dryer,, dining space for four, and a sitting area with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a double, a ground-floor twin, serviced by a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed, secure rear decking area with furniture, plus street parking available close by. Within 0.3 miles you will find a shop, within 0.2 miles, a pub, and within 0.6 miles, a beach, and please note this is a smoke-free property. Travel cot and highchair available. One well-behaved dog welcome. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Make a memorable getaway to Cornwall with a stay at Joe’s Barn. Note: Limited head height in first-floor bedroom. Note: Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Please note: EV charging is not permitted at the property due to insurance restrictions.
