Pennine consists of a kitchen/diner with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, and dining seating for four people, along with a sitting room with TV and open-fire. The bedrooms consists of a double and twin, serviced by a shower room. Outside, there is a rear enclosed garden with lawn, patio, and furniture, along with private driveway parking for one car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. You'll find a shop and pub in 0.1 miles, and a beach in 0.9 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for open-fire, bed linen, and towels inc. in rent. Pennine is a fine base for a seaside getaway in Cornwall. Note: Property available between April-October. Note: The driveway is narrow.
