House of Emma is a single-storey house consisting of a kitchen/diner with induction hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, air fryer, kettle, and toaster and basement utility room. Sitting room with Smart TV and a sun room. The bedrooms consist of a queen-size and a double serviced by a bathroom. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. There is an enclosed rear garden with patio, decking, furniture, a summer house and roadside parking available. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Note: There is a slope and additional steps leading up to the bungalow, and the garden is also terraced; therefore, it won't be suitable for those with limited mobility or children under 7.
