Bordeaux is a well‑presented holiday retreat offering comfortable accommodation with sea views, located within the popular Ladram Bay Holiday Park. Inside, the open‑plan living area features two sofas, a flat‑screen TV with Freeview, French doors leading onto the veranda, and a kitchen equipped with a full‑size fridge/freezer, gas oven, grill, microwave, kettle and toaster. The dining area includes a dining table with four chairs. The bedrooms consist of a double room with over‑bed storage, fitted wardrobe, vanity area and an en‑suite WC, along with a twin room with two single beds and additional storage. The family shower room includes a walk‑in shower, basin and WC. Outside, there is a private parking space beside the caravan, a furnished veranda with sea views, and an additional patio area with outdoor furniture. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi available. Maximum of four guests. You’ll find Ladram Bay’s main facilities within a short walk, including the private sand‑washed pebble beach, indoor swimming pool, splash zone, soft play, adventure playgrounds and on‑site dining options.Note: There are steps up to the entrance.
