After the sweets, comes some savory. At a local butcher’s, you may consider trying some sausage seasoned with paprika accompanied by a variaton of pickled veggies. Before the biggest covered market of Budapest, the Central Market Hall, you need to save some space in your stomach for some straight out of the oven cheesy scones (pogácsa) and strudels (rétes).
