The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and a washing machine, a dining area with seating for four guests and a sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove. There is one king-size bedroom with TV, freestanding bath and en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC. Outside there is a private front terrace with furniture, roadside parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis and a council car parking nearby with weekly permit available. Within 0.1 miles you will find a shop and pub and within 0.4 miles, a beach and please note that one well-behaved dog welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Seaspray is a lovely base for a romantic getaway in East Anglia. Note: No children.
