Just a 5-mile walk from your doorstep leads you to Llangorse home to South Wales largest natural lake where you can enjoy fishing sailing or windsurfing. For a dose of history visit the medieval Tretower Court and Castle or head 6 miles to the quaint town of Crickhowell to explore its castle ruins browse local shops and perhaps indulge in a meal out. This traditional cottage welcomes you with a cosy atmosphere accessible via a single step. Unwind in the inviting lounge where an electric wood burner-effect fire is set within a large stone fireplace. Find your favourite show on TV or relax with a DVD. The kitchen/diner offers everything you need to prepare a tasty meal and you can enjoy it together around the table. The ground floor also features a family bathroom with a bath shower over and WC. Please note for access from the private car parking area, there are 7 steps down with a handrail and wide treads and one step into the cottage . Private off road parking for 1 car. Village pub serving food is within walking distance pre booking advisable. The Venison Centre with shop and café is less than a 1 mile. The village of Llangynidr (1 mile) has a shop, café and pub. The village of Llangorse (5 miles) has a shop, a café and a pub.
