Church View is set over the first and second floors and consists of a first-floor kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher, a first-floor utility with washing machine and tumble dryer and a first-floor sitting room with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor super-king-size with sofa bed and en-suite shower room, a double, a second-floor double, single and a second-floor single, serviced by a bathroom and second-floor bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed patio with furniture, and private lockable bike storage, as well as off-road parking for 2 cars and additional parking available in the public car park nearby. Within 0.1 miles you will find a shop, within 0.2 miles, a pub and within 0.1 miles, a coast and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot and highchair are also available on request (no cot mattress or bedding supplied).
