The bedrooms consist of king-size with Smart TV and en-suite shower room, a king-size with Smart TV and a twin with Smart TV, along with a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed communal rear courtyard with furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 2.2 miles you will find a shop and within 2.9 miles, a pub and please note that this property does accept up to 3 small to medium well behaved dogs but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Barn Cottage is a delightful property, ideal for a family retreat to Lincolnshire.
