Visited recently as I had an online booking for tyres and a free brake check. The staff member I was dealing with was Chaudry Z. He was amazing and helped out loads. He gave relevant information to all my questions and assured me of my concerns. Very helpful and great positive attitude. Was respectful and polite. I had a great experience whilst replacing my tyres. Will visit again in future and recommend everyone to go here for a guaranteed professional service.

Excellent service from Halfords. Needed new tyres after a puncture in the sidewall. Friendly and professional service from the team. Fraser kept me up to date and worked with manager Chowdry to ensure my existing tyre warranty and price match promise were honoured. The job was even completed early. Well done.

My car was due MOT so rang Halfords to book car in for MOT which was easy and straightforward to do, my experience at Halfords on the day was a pleasant experience, all the staff were friendly and helpful. I was served by Adam and the technician who did my cars MOT was Jason who did a wonderful job and was also able to advise me on my enquiries about my tyres. I would highly recommend Halfords in Halifax. This is the second time I have used them and on both occasions they have been friendly, helpful and have always got the job done to a high standard. I will definitely be using them again in the futur.

Efficient, professional. Dropped off car for a service in the morning. Booking in process was easy, they called well before home time to say car was ready for collection. Friendly staff.

Emergency puncture. Halifax Halfords were very accommodating. Told me to come straight down. Screw in tyre. Required replacement and had to deal with lease company. What impressed me was the level of of communication. They had to wait for lease company but kept me informed at all times. . Summary polite and professional
