We are on the hunt for a Health and Social Care Apprenticeship Tutor to join a leading skills provider, who deliver apprenticeships across the UK.&nbsp;<br /><br />Are you passionate about developing the next generation of Health and Social Care professionals?<br /><br />We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Personal Tutor (H&amp;SC) to support and inspire learners working towards their work-based qualifications. In this rewarding role, you'll use your industry expertise and passion for learning to guide, coach, and motivate learners throughout their apprenticeship journey.<br /><br />If you're driven by making a difference, enjoy building strong relationships with<br />learners and employers, and want to deliver engaging, impactful learning<br />experiences we'd love to hear from you.<br /><br /><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br /><ul> <li>Deliver engaging teaching and learning sessions using a variety of delivery methods</li><li>Manage and support a caseload of learners, ensuring progress, retention and achievement</li><li>Conduct regular reviews with learners and employers in line with ESFA and learner journey requirements</li><li>Provide constructive and impactful feedback to support learner development</li><li>Prepare learners for End Point Assessment (EPA) ensuring portfolios are complete and learners feel confident</li><li>Use digital learning resources and platforms to support off-the-job and<br />workplace training</li><li>Identify and remove barriers to learning, supporting learners to stay on track</li><li>Promote progression opportunities for learners to continue developing their careers</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with internal processes and funding requirements</li><li>Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people</li></ul> <br /><strong>Requirements:</strong><br /><ul> <li>Level 3 or 5 qualification in Health and Social care</li><li>Assessor qualification (TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/33 or equivalent) or willingness to work towards</li><li>Teaching qualification (AET, CET, PTTLS or equivalent) or willingness to work towards</li><li>GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade A-C)</li><li>Experience working within a Health &amp; Social care setting (ideally at a supervisory or managerial level)</li><li>Ability to engage, motivate and influence learners from diverse backgrounds</li><li>Knowledge of safeguarding, Prevent and the apprenticeship landscape</li><li>Strong organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines and targets</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Access to a car and the ability to travel for learner observations, team meetings and 1:1s</li></ul> <strong>Benefits</strong><br /><ul> <li>25 days annual leave - increasing with length of service and 8 bank<br />holidays</li><li>Holiday purchase scheme</li><li>Performance based bonuses</li><li>Up to 3 days of paid volunteering leave and corporate conscience<br />initiatives</li><li>Recognition and long service awards to celebrate our colleagues'</li><li>Perkbox - a suite of discounts, lifestyle benefits and wellness tool</li><li>3% matched Employer Pension contribution</li><li>Enhanced Maternity leave after 2 years of service</li><li>Income protection and Life Assurance</li><li>CPD and training opportunities</li><li>4pm Friday finish with flexible working opportunities available</li><li>Flexible and supportive team and with a great culture</li><li>Employee Assistance Programme, with a dedicated People Team to<br />support all colleague</li></ul>
