Finance Assistant

<p>HW Finance are proud to partner with a purpose led organisation based in Harrogate to recruit a Finance Assistant.</p> <p>The Finance Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Finance Officers to accurately process financial transactions and reconcile bank statements to specified deadlines.</p> <p>This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual with experience of working in a Finance environment looking to further develop their career.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>Responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Income processing</li><li>Accounts Receivable processing</li><li>Investment processing</li><li>Accounts payable processing</li><li>Expenses processing</li><li>Stock control and reporting</li></ul> <p><br /></p> <p>Ideally you will be educated to at least GCSE equivalent and have started or be interested in studying AAT.</p> <p>You'll have demonstrable experience of working in a Finance Department, including experience on Finance packages and financial transaction processing with strong IT skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</p> <p>We are looking for someone with a genuine desire to build a career in Finance in a purpose led environment, able to work as part of a team as well as highly motivated to work independently with an appetite to learn.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>Please click to apply and a full job description will be shared.</p>
