Management Accountant
<p>JHE & Partners are excited to be working exclusively with a fantastic business based near Harrogate as they look to recruit an experienced Management Accountant on a permanent basis. This is a brilliant opportunity to work with a truly unique business who have developed an incredible culture at an exciting time in their journey. </p> <p>Supporting the FC, the successful candidate will play a key role in the organisation, responsible for bringing together the monthly management accounts, whilst maintaining robust financial controls and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. This is a company with real energy, purpose and enthusiasm, so it is essential we find someone who will thrive in this environment.</p> <p>Key duties will include:</p> <ul> <li>Balance sheet reconciliations</li><li>Monthly cashflow forecasting</li><li>Production of a variety of reports each month relating to operations</li><li>VAT Returns</li><li>Sales reports</li><li>Assisting with annual audit and the preparation of statutory accounts</li><li>Supporting the senior leadership as required</li></ul> <p>Experience and skill set required:</p> <ul> <li>Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)</li><li>Proven track record in similar positions</li><li>Knowledge of US GAAP and SOX would be advantageous</li><li>Excellent communication skills with business partnering experience</li><li>Strong organisational, problem solving and analytical skills</li><li>A genuine enthusiasm and positivity for work, process improvement and working as part of a successful team</li></ul> <p>This is a brilliant company to work for, and I am confident the successful candidate will thoroughly enjoy this opportunity.
