This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established organisation experiencing significant growth and development. </p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Preparing and inputting payroll data</li><li>Processing payroll accurately and in line with current legislation</li><li>Completing payroll reconciliations</li><li>Administering pensions and auto-enrolment duties</li><li>Producing payslips, P45s and P60s</li><li>Calculating average holiday pay for variable-pay employees</li><li>Responding to employee payroll queries</li><li>Maintaining payroll records and reporting</li><li>Supporting payroll KPI reporting and statistical submission</li></ul> <p>About You</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 2 years' payroll experience</li><li>Strong understanding of PAYE, NIC and statutory payments</li><li>Experience administering pensions and auto-enrolment</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel</li><li>Ability to prioritise workloads and work to strict deadlines</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Knowledge of Resourcelink/Zellis would be advantageous but is not essential </li></ul> <p>What's on Offer?</p> <ul> <li>Hybrid working arrangement</li><li>Opportunity to join a growing and evolving organisation</li><li>Supportive and collaborative team environment</li><li>Competitive salary and benefits package</li></ul> <p>Interested?
