<p><strong>The Company </strong></p> <p>MTrec are proud to be working with our market leading client in their search for a highly driven Social Media Content Creator.</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <ul> <li>Will be a fast moving, hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes content, understands what performs online and wants to work around luxury brands.</li><li>The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing, editing, scheduling and publishing daily content across social media channels. </li><li>This will include short-form videos on products and reactive content based on current trends and opportunities.</li><li>You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, who will set the wider content direction, campaign priorities and brand strategy. </li><li>Your responsibility will be to take that direction and turn it into consistently strong, engaging and professionally executed content.</li><li>Content Creation: Create engaging daily short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook and other relevant platforms.</li><li>Editing and Production: Edit videos quickly and to a consistently high standard.</li><li>Add suitable captions, graphics, music, subtitles and platform-specific formatting.</li><li>Publishing and Scheduling: Schedule and publish content across all social media channels.</li><li>Social Media Performance: Maintain a strong understanding of social media algorithms, platform behaviour and emerging formats. Monitor content performance and identify what is driving reach, engagement, enquiries and audience growth.</li></ul> <p><strong>The Person</strong></p> <ul> <li>The person will be degree qualified or hold experience in a relevant field and role. </li><li>You will naturally notice trends, sounds, formats and cultural moments before they become overused. </li><li>You will understand why certain videos perform and be able to apply those principles without copying content that does not suit the brand.</li><li>You will be energetic, commercially aware and comfortable working in an environment where plans can change quickly. </li><li>You will also understand the standards expected when representing a premium brand.</li><li>Demonstrable experience creating short-form social media content.</li><li>Strong video filming and editing skills.</li><li>A portfolio or active social media account that demonstrates content ability.</li><li>Detailed knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and their current content formats.</li><li>A practical understanding of social media algorithms, retention, hooks, watch time and engagement.</li><li>Ability to create and publish content quickly without compromising quality.</li><li>Strong written English and attention to detail.</li><li>Confident using mobile content creation tools and professional editing software.</li><li>Comfortable receiving direct feedback and making changes quickly.</li><li>Able to work independently while following an established creative and commercial direction.</li><li>Full UK driving licence.</li><li>Experience using Adobe Creative Suite or comparable editing software.</li><li>Experience using social media scheduling and analytics platforms.</li><li>Understanding of YouTube channel growth, search optimisation and monetisation.</li><li>Experience presenting or interviewing people on camera.</li></ul> <p><strong>The Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>You will be working for a leading employer.</li><li>An excellent salary. </li><li>A company experiencing continued growth, expansion and investment.</li><li>The company are fully compliant with the latest health and safety requirements for current safe working practices.</li></ul>
