A new position has become available within their Service Department due to continued growth. They are looking for a Service Account Manager to manage a portfolio of customers and nationwide Field Engineers. The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p><strong>Role and Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Managing service accounts</li><li>Maintain an excellent level of customer service</li><li>Managing Field Engineers diaries and booking appointments</li><li>Ensure SLAs are adhered to</li><li>Updating customer portals</li><li>Providing quotations to customers and following up</li><li>Producing and sending out invoices</li><li>Keep the system up to date and create new customer profiles</li><li>Raise more complex problems with the Technical Team and Senior Service Account Manager</li></ul> <p><strong>Candidate Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous administration experience </li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>IT Literate</li><li>Strong experience in a similar busy and fast paced office environment</li><li>Relevant telephone based customer service experience</li><li>Excellent attention to detail</li></ul> <p>To apply for this fantastic opportunity please send your CV to Beth via the link provided.</p>
