Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinator
<p>We're looking for a Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinator to join a friendly and supportive People team. This is a varied role where you'll take ownership of the recruitment process from attraction through to onboarding, helping to attract great talent while ensuring every new starter has a positive introduction to the business.</p> <p><strong>Client Details</strong></p> <p>If you're organised, proactive and enjoy building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers, we'd love to hear from you.</p> <p><strong>Description</strong></p> <ul> <li>Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from advertising vacancies through to onboarding.</li><li>Writing and posting engaging job adverts across a range of recruitment platforms.</li><li>Screening applications and coordinating interviews.</li><li>Building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide regular updates.</li><li>Communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including arranging interviews, providing feedback and managing offers.</li><li>Conducting interviews where appropriate.</li><li>Completing all pre-employment checks, including references, right to work, DBS, medicals and drug & alcohol testing where required.</li><li>Preparing contracts, offer letters and onboarding documentation.</li><li>Coordinating induction programmes to ensure new starters have a smooth onboarding experience.</li><li>Representing the business at recruitment events and careers fairs.</li></ul> <p><strong>Profile</strong></p> <p>We're looking for someone who enjoys working at pace, has excellent attention to detail and genuinely enjoys helping businesses attract and retain great people.</p> <p>You'll ideally have:</p> <ul> <li>At least two years' experience in an in-house recruitment or talent acquisition role.</li><li>A good understanding of recruitment legislation and best practice.</li><li>Excellent organisational and administrative skills.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the confidence to build relationships at all levels.</li><li>The ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.</li><li>A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Flexibility to travel between sites when required.</li><li>A full UK driving licence.</li></ul> <p><br /></p> <p><strong>Job Offer</strong></p> <ul> <li>Salary between £30,000 and £33,000, dependent on the level of experience.</li><li>Excellent benefits package.</li><li>Permanent position based in Harrogate.</li></ul> <p>This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation where you'll play a key role in shaping the recruitment and onboarding experience.
