Apart from the excessive tea drinking :) these lads did the business. I needed some internal doors hanging, gave Davies Joinery a call and they came that day to measure up and gave me a price. The following week they were back with my new doors and had the job done that day. They worked quickly and quietly and with minimal mess. I would highly recommend them especially as the price was reasonable. Just make sure you have the kettle on!

Davies Joinery came highly recommended to me by friends in Harrogate and I can recommend them just as highly. I required installation of a new stair rail as the existing one was too high and too wide to grasp, of inferior quality materials and poor design. Initially concerned that my project may be too small, I was reassured and impressed when Simon replied to my email with dates and times of his availability to come out and discuss what could be done. As a previous reviewer has said, Simon is a delight to work with (hugely important when someone is working on/in your home). With a comprehensive understanding of form and function, his advice and suggestions on specification were all excellent, his quotation great value for money. Lee carried out the work a couple of weeks later and did a fantastic job with painstaking care and attention to detail. The result is a delight to use and behold! I will be back in the not too distant future for a replacement front door. Thank you all at Davies Joinery.

I can 100% recommend Davis Joinery. They have completed several projects for us. Initially replacement double glazed hardwood windows & external front door for our Edwardian house, which was completed perfectly, whilst retaining the original features and character. The process, from initial consultation, quotation & specification was excellent. Because they do everything in house, there is a real pride in the quality of the work. Simon is a delight to work with, 100% understanding our requirements, and working flexibly with our prime contractor. We have recently completed the replacement of the internal doors, again to our complete satisfaction. The team are friendly, take great pride in their work and attention to detail. A pleasure to do business with and excellent value for money.
