Absolutely appalled with my order. I ordered through Uber Eats and my food arrived missing a gravy and a large popcorn chicken. To make matters worse, the Creamy Original Crispy Naan Box Meal looked nothing like the photos advertised. It had barely any salad, was incredibly dry, poorly put together and looked like it had been thrown together with no care at all. The fries were also shocking. They came in what looked like a snack-sized box with only around five handfuls of fries, which is nowhere near what you’d expect from a full-priced box meal. Overall, the food quality was extremely poor and nowhere near the standard I’d expect from KFC. I contacted Uber Eats, but they refused to issue a refund, leaving me out of pocket despite receiving an incomplete and disappointing order. Very disappointed with both the quality of the food and the lack of quality control. I won’t be ordering from this branch again unless significant improvements are made. 📸 Photos attached as proof. Hopefully this review encourages the restaurant to improve its standards because this experience was unacceptable.
Absolutely crap always getting order wrong as i had a trilogy meal didnt get my popcorn chicken or my chicken tender, need to train staff better.
Staff make you not feel wanted the minute you walk in. Food was awful considering the time it took to actually get it out. Took 30 minutes to get a fillet box meal. Which is horrendous. Kfc is definitely not fast or cheap anymore
