Would like to say a massive thankyou to donna the most amazing employee who saved my hide thankyou very much for being helpful
After hours on the phone with head office, experiencing very poor customer service I walked into the Bramley branch to see a member of staff helping people before she had a chance to take her coat off and start her shift. I don't know this ladies name but you are worth your weight in gold 🥇 helping people with of care and empathy like they were your own family. You are an absolute credit to Halifax and you deserve to be recognised! You said you would sort my issue, and you did without fuss.
Excellent customer service received by Jide Alaba, always helpful and greets each customer with a big smile. He makes our banking experience more pleasant with his positive attitude!
Smug counter assistant David, gave me totally wrong information about how you have to pay bills now. So asked person in head office in Leeds and they said it was totally wrong. He served me today and denied giving me wrong information or lieing. Not man enough to admit he was wrong.
Nice staff. Impossible for a working person to use this branch. Terrible opening hours
