LV Properties offer a truly outstanding service. After reaching out to them I quickly received several links to online tours which made choosing my next home so easy. Kat was super friendly and helpful, and quick to respond to any queries or problems I had. They made my moving experience stress-free and I will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend :)
!! Absolutely love LV Properties!! They have let my houses for years and somehow always find the nicest groups of tenants. Kat and Alex are extremely efficient and give good and sensible advice on all levels from current market trends on rents, utilities plus necessities and decor appeal to students when renovating properties.
The best landlords we could ask for! Always round sorting any problems within a day if not hours after reported. LV Properties were so lovely and helpful when it came to finding our student house and still always make sure we’re getting the best student experience whilst living in an amazing space. Not got a bad word to say! :)

Anyone looking to rent in Leeds look no further than LV Properties! Kat provides an amazing service - friendly, kind and patient! Not only is she super easy going but she is so thorough with all information from the point of viewing the property, to signing, moving in and actually living here now. She’s there at a minutes notice and is more than happy to help with absolutely anything. We currently live in one of the most gorgeous homes in Headingley with the best landlady ever! Thanks for everything Kat, so happy to be spending another year here!
