Walking In, I Was Shocked To See The Place Practically Empty. But At least The Place Was Clean! Ordering From The Machines Were A Little Hard As There Was A Delay, Causing me to tap twice and accidentally tap something I didn’t want to. Found A Place To Sit. Uncomfortable On The Backrest And Main Seat. Table Was Mostly Clean. Food Was Amazing. Possibly Better Than Anywhere Else I’ve Been! The Chips Were Perfectly Seasoned And Hot. Gravy Was Amazing And Hot. Pepsi Max Cherry Was Great Along With Ice And The Burger. I Expected It To Be Spicier But Other Than That, It Was Amazing! Decorations Were Good, But Someone Kept Saying “67” Loud Enough To Be Heard Round The Whole Building. But Overall Experience Was Great. Would Come Again. And I Recommend This Place To People Passing Through Hemsworth Who Could Do With A Quick Meal, Local Families Or Just Anyone Who Likes Chicken!
Food was nice, not sure why it asked for atmosphere it's not a football stadium. Had no fizzy drinks so had to get something I didn't want and had no salt, always seems to be something off the menu at this branch
Went with the intention of eating in. Only after ordering and paying did we look for a table to eat from. Suffice to say everyone was dirty. All the tables were empty so I'm sure one staff member could be out cleaning them. It was our 1st visit since the shop opened, it will be the last.The portion sizes have shrunk somewhat since we were last in one. Afraid we won't be returning.
Very disappointed. Bought a family feast and asked for charger sauce. Paid for it all in the drive thru. Got it home. No charger sauce. 4 bags empty suppose to have chips in. They were all in bottom of the bag. Just thrown in by looks of it. Worst was yet to come. The chicken was inedible. It was dripping with cooking fat and so hot you couldn't handle them. Tried to call to complain and phone got picked up and put down straight away. Definatly the worst kfc I've ever had!!!
Called in on my way home after a long drive from Southampton. Excellent tasting and hot food. Very good service. Would definitely recommend and go again when in the area.
