KFC Huddersfield - Leeds Road

This has to be the worsed KFC I've ever frequented you can tel the staff are untrained by the amount of discarded drinks cluttering the counter when you walk in I stayed as id worked a 16h shift and how bad coyld it possible be its KFC they're all the same .... well let me say , I travel throughout the country in my line of work and I've had some KFC'S some bad some realy good some orders were wrong.. but never have they been quite as bad as leads rd KFC I was so disappointed the original chicken was over cooked and dry the burger as you can clearly see in the picture was not a zinger stacker burger they're were no stack in the making of this burger I've recently tolt colleagues about leads rd and there comments were "never again" ... my views ar as I realise this is a franchise someone is profiting the KFC good name and by selling there customers short of chicken they are making more money from this franchise.... I believe Yum! Brands who own KFC should look at this as a tarnish again ther name and make leads rd franchise teaxh there're staf the true KFC way ..... I will never go to this branch again and I would like a full refund for the terrible food and experience I received.... think of your brand Yum! Brands before alowing sunch a obviously unscrupulous person to buy a franchise in the future

This kfc has gone so far down hill in the past few months. The price has gone up and the portion have gone down. This is large fries for £3.19 , my little girl will still be hungry after eating these ! The female staff are all so so lovely and kind however I feel maybe new managers in working in store may have something to do with the decline in food and portion size !

I used to like KFC right upto coming here and every time I've ordered food to take away there's always items left out of the order! Watch staff read your order then just put whatever they want in your bag, I drove home to find instead of the extra chicken sides I ordered they threw an extra bag of fries in instead, wonder how much extra money they save using this tactic 😡 shocking behaviour that's happened too many times for it to be accidental its criminal

Absolute rip off!!!! Very small portions and not at all value for money didn't get everything l ordered didn't even get burger l ordered nor my wings just a joke didn't even fill me up absolute disgrace and l will not spend a penny at KFC again nothing like it used to be absolute scam!!!!! Very expensive trash and poor service....

absolutely ridiculous. Paid so much money for our food just to get 2 tablespoons of mash even though we asked for 2 mash and beans instead of 2 gravy. Staff these days don’t know how to do their job. Spent so much money for 2 bites and some of the order wrong/missing. Can get more food for less price at other places. Staff need to be trained properly and listen carefully to customers orders. Not doing their job right at all.
