Query regarding staff services and hygiene I arrived at around 10:20 pm to collect a Deliveroo order after receiving a notification that it was ready for pickup. When I entered the KFC, a male staff member asked me to wait for a minute. After waiting for around 10 minutes without any update, a female staff member, whose hands appeared unclean, approached me and started arguing instead of assisting me. Her attitude was very rude and unprofessional, and her communication skills were poor. She even said, “I’m not working for you,” despite the fact that I had spoken to her politely and respectfully. I never said anything inappropriate to her.if the restaurant was busy, they could simply have informed me that the order would take another 10–15 minutes. Instead, no one gave me any information, and it felt like they were trying to cover up their mistake rather than provide good customer service. This was a very disappointing experience. I expect staff to treat delivery drivers with the same respect they show other customers. I hope management addresses these issues and improves staff professionalism and communication.
Cold burger and fries also not fresh feels like microwaved very disappointed with the service full zero quality of food
I've ordered from here a few times over the past year and multiple times it has made me unwell. I appreciate that excess grease can cause issues but this seems beyond that. On top of causing health issues, the chicken is consistently dry and chewy, the fries seem to get worse and worse everytime. There are better local places that do chicken and fries that won't make you sick, be dry or as expensive.
We all accept that KFC can be a bit of a lottery, but my Uber Eats order was the absolute bottom of the barrel. Missing burger, tiny chicken, and a solitary shred of lettuce. If I wanted a minimalist tasting menu, I wouldn't have ordered from Huddersfield KFC. I'd happily have added photos to this but interestingly, the option seems to do so appears to be disabled.Worst one yet.
Polite staff, I had a little bit of a wait. but was compensated for it. Food was cooked well, tasted great. I will visit again.
