<p><strong>Product Manager</strong></p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Hybrid in Huddersfield Office - 3 days per week in the office<br /><strong>Salary:</strong> Up to <strong>£60,000 DOE</strong> + Benefits<br /><strong>Hours:</strong> Full Time, 39.5 hours per week<br /><strong>Reports to:</strong> Head of Product</p> <p><strong>About the Business</strong></p> <p>Our client is an established technology business specialising in digital customer engagement, loyalty and rewards solutions for B2B clients.</p> <p>With continued growth across its Enterprise and Commercial proposition, the business is investing further in its Product function and is looking for a <strong>Product Manager</strong> to help strengthen and embed a more product-led approach.</p> <p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p> <p>This role sits between <strong>commercial needs, customer problems and technology</strong>. You'll identify and validate product opportunities, shape the right solutions and help prioritise investment based on customer value, commercial impact and scalability.</p> <p>You'll work closely with Commercial, Marketing, UX, Technology and Delivery, owning the <strong>problem, value, outcomes and prioritisation</strong>, while partnering with a Technical Product Owner.</p> <p><br /></p> <p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>Around <strong>2.5+ years' experience in Product Management</strong> or a comparable role.</li><li>Experience within a <strong>B2B, client-facing or commercially focused environment</strong>.</li><li>Background in <strong>digital products, e-commerce, SaaS</strong>, platforms, loyalty, partnerships or wider technology.</li><li>Strong understanding of product discovery, validation and prioritisation.</li><li>Experience managing roadmaps and making evidence-based product recommendations.</li><li>Comfortable handling complex or challenging stakeholder conversations.</li><li>Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance client requirements with scalable product thinking.</li><li>Good technical understanding, particularly around <strong>platforms, APIs and integrations</strong>.</li><li>Confident using data and customer insight to support product decisions.</li><li>Strong communicator with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.</li><li>Comfortable working with ambiguity and taking ownership of problems.</li><li>Experience working with a Technical Product Owner or similar technical role would be beneficial.</li></ul> <p><strong>What You'll Get</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Salary up to £60,000 DOE</strong></li><li>Hybrid / remote working with <strong>3 office days per week</strong></li><li>39.5-hour working week</li><li>Opportunity to influence how Product operates across the Commercial / Enterprise function</li><li>Exposure to major B2B clients and commercially significant digital products</li><li>High level of ownership and autonomy</li><li>Collaborative, cross-functional working environment</li></ul> <p>Oscar Associates (UK) Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.</p> <p>To understand more about what we do with your data please review our privacy policy in the privacy section of the Oscar website.</p>
