Secondly had Dan fit 4 new tires and what a guy. Very careful with my car and torqued the wheels to spec not common these days. He’s done a really good job and would not hesitate to come back here. Excellent service from the team at Halfords Huddersfield. I booked my car in because the air conditioning was only blowing warm air. The technicians carried out a full diagnostic first and explained that there were no faults with the system—the refrigerant was almost empty, so it simply needed a regas. I really appreciated that they diagnosed the issue properly rather than recommending unnecessary repairs. While carrying out the work, my car battery went flat, but the team kindly recharged it at no extra cost, which I really appreciated. They also explained the option of an antibacterial treatment, and I was happy to have this added. The air conditioning is now working perfectly and the car feels much more comfortable to drive. The staff were friendly, honest, professional, and kept me informed throughout. Thank you to the team for the excellent customer service. I would happily recommend Halfords Huddersfield to others.

I took my car in for an MOT and full service, and I had a great experience. The team were friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly, which I really appreciated as I don't know much about cars. They found a few advisory items that needed attention and fixed them as well. Everything was straightforward, and I felt well looked after. I'd definitely recommend them.

Just had an excellent experience with Halfords. I was having problems with my jeep grand cherokee car battery so I took advantage of Halfords free battery check. My car has 2 batteries, both located under the driver's seat, so not a straight forward task. Long story short, fault identified as the main battery. I was happy with the quote for a new battery, installed. Great service from all the Halfords team at Firth Street. I didn't have an appointment so I had to wait a bit longer but Reece was very attentive throughout, explaining my options, keeping me informed, and made everything work out as smoothly as possible for me.

I was booked in to get my front 2 tyres replaced at 11am and I had an appointment at 1pm. The guys managed to sort and hand my keys back to me within half an hour of dropping my car off. It was a really swift and quick service by the team at Huddersfield on such a busy day. The service advisor Haroon was a massive help in all this.
