The shift runner Amber jhonson was harassing me taking photos of me without consent and talking about me in a rude manner to other members of staff while I waited for my food I also heard amber shouting very aggressively whilst other customers and kids were in store making everyone uncomfortable causing them to leave and upset I feel like this needs reporting to HR immediately if this doesnt stop I will report it myself she clearly has not got enough training or discipline for a work place environment and not enough customer service skills for the job. This isnt the first complaint against her and certainly wont be the last if this carries on. I hope action is taken.
Food is consistently adequate. No table service, lacking table wipe downs and bin emptying. Staff responses almost robotic, all kiosk orientated with no assistance offered to confused guests.
Went through the drive through. Wait ages at speaker to be served. Got to payment window and was told to wait. We waited and waited. No one came to the window. We tried shouting to someone who completely ignored us. We ended up beeping the horn. Someone came and we asked where our food was. He disappeared for a moment then came back but did not speak to us. It must have been at least half hour before we eventually received our order . On getting home things were missing! Won’t be going back! Staff need training!! This is no way to treat your customer s!!
The food and service were average, though the environment was good
Super fresh and crispy chicken, really lovely staff – hats off to the manager! I’ll definitely be back and recommend this place to everyone.
