KFC used to be my favorite food, but you completely ruined it for me. The chicken and fries were clearly old. The fries were tiny, broken, dry, and absolutely inedible. This was the worst KFC I have ever had. Disgusting experience. Never coming back.
20 past 10, in an empty, (filthy) restaurant where several tables were not cleared and had food on, and we have an additional 10 minute wait for food. We're told "Sorry for the wait, we'll throw an extra chicken piece in". The food then arrives, barely at temperature, with no additional piece. The chicken was dry, and the tower burger was wrong. Couldn't be bothered taking it up with staff as they were busy getting confused because 4 people had come in and they couldn't keep track of who had what. Embarrassing. Actually overtakes Gainsborough for being the most inept KFC in the country. *Edit. Following the reply. Next visit?? You're honestly having a laugh. I'd rather scavenge from a bin than ever come back.
Sensational place to visit chicken was so succulent and juicy chips so nice and amazingly flavoured I could KFC from here all day by far the best place to eat in Hull i if you're here on holiday definitely come visit lovely place the staff are so friendly and kind Ellie served me and instantly put a smile on my face was so kind and caring she helped me out so much she made my day what a wonderful experience !
Had take out and it was one of the best we have had in a long time and it was very hot and fresh and the young lad was very polite and very helpful
I was really disappointed. The food wasn’t very good, and on top of that, they don’t serve coffee anymore. I was sent next door to Costa – but if I wanted Costa coffee, I would have gone there myself. I specifically wanted KFC coffee, because I usually enjoy it, but unfortunately it wasn’t available this time. On top of that, there was an issue with the receipt – I had to wait several minutes before someone managed to sort it out and print it. It would have been faster to just write it down by hand. All in all: greetings to those who still enjoy KFC, but I’ll stick with other options. Tim Hortons are, in my opinion, much better.
